In recent years, I have assisted companies through demanding phases—ranging from strategic realignment and post-merger integration to operational restructuring. Below is a glimpse into selected projects that I successfully completed, always aiming for measurable results and sustainable structures.
Strategic acquisition for PORR Germany successfully completed

As part of its proactive M&A strategy, PORR Germany engaged Leu Advisory to identify a strategic complement in Baden-Württemberg. Starting with the identification of Waggershauser as an ideal strategic partner, Leu Advisory managed the entire process—from the initial approach of the owners and preparation of a non-binding offer, to the subsequent due diligence, contract negotiations, and final signing—successfully completing this complex project.
From PMI Mandate to Interim CFO
for OneQrew

What began in spring 2023 as a post-merger integration assignment for three acquisitions within the OneQrew Group—one of the leading software solution providers for craft businesses in German-speaking regions—evolved into an interim CFO mandate. This concluded with the appointment of Stefan Braatz as new CFO, while I continue to support him during the transition. I’m proud Leu Advisory contributed to key milestones such as first-time consolidation, managing 14 PPAs, budget preparation, implementing an invoice receipt application, assisting with refinancing, and more.
Advising financial investors in identifying investments
Leu Advisory supported LEA Partners, a Germany-based private equity firm (backers of OneQrew), in identifying and successfully acquiring two software companies in Austria—ISHAP GmbH and Octobox GmbH.
In addition, Leu Advisory contributed industry expertise to FSN Capital for their investment in UHL Bau GmbH.
Hands on restructuring of THORN Abwassertechnik GmbH
As interim managing director, Leu Advisory executed the restructuring of THORN Abwassertechnik GmbH through an asset deal and personnel restructuring under a reconciliation of interests and social plan. At the same time, the majority of employees were placed with the acquiring company, J. Gruber GmbH—a successful combination of interim management in restructuring and M&A support by Leu Advisory.
